Last Saturday I went around to see Percy and took about thirty photos. The photo directly above is of a GEET powered wankel rotary engine.

The images on the right are of a multi-wave oscillator. The drive unit is also used for Kirlian photography. According to Percy, the multi-wave oscillator will improve many health related ailments.

Percy is a great experimenter, designer and builder of everything from a to z.

Dear Astro Members

I attended the meeting in April and was very interested in the brief discussion on Soya products and the article "Tragedy and Hype" in the April/May 2000 edition of Nexus Magazine.
Whilst I agree that we should be investigating the value (or otherwise) of soya intake (nutritionally) I cannot agree that the article mentioned is excellent because:

  1. It depends for its impact to a great extent on some selective and emotive case studies. All of these involved soy isolates. I have always been told to avoid these and to use products from whole (preferably organic) soya beans. Soy isolates certainly spell poor nutrition.
  2. It mentions nutritional problems e.g. trypsin inhibitors. Again it does not say whether these apply equally to whole soy products as to soy isolates, nor does it go into how these can be counteracted. Presumably Chinese and Japanese who who eat soy products regularly (albeit perhaps in less quantities than the proponents of soy would have us believe) have found ways to deal with these problems.
  3. It is disturbing that anyone should suggest that anyone should suggest that the people in China should "develop western grasslands for grazing animals". Since we can produce up to 20 times as much animal food as meat on the same amount of land, do we really want to clear more land (rather than conserve what exists in a natural state) to be eroded by grazing animals.

In the absence of a reference list one can only hope that the information / opinions expressed in the article are well-founded.

Whilst I concede that anything in excess is likely to be harmful, I think before we dismiss soya and soy products as dangerous we need to really weigh up the evidence. Whilst I have heard some of the arguments both for and against the use of soya products, I have not been able to access any of the articles on which these ideas are based. I wonder if any one at ASTRO has been able to get more detailed and reliable information. I would be very happy to hear from any one who has been able to investigate this topic further.

"Ken…put forward the suggestion that we run an annual competition with a prize for the best invention. This was put to the vote. There was an overwhelming YES vote. It was agreed  (on Percy's suggestion) that one had to be a paid up member to compete."

Rodger.... has after our group discussion kindly put a pen to paper and proposed some formal rules for the competition. They are as follows:

  1. The competition is to be judged by ASTRO members in a secret ballot.
  2. 1st 2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded to the best 3 inventions or innovations.
  3. There will be no limit on the number of entries.
  4. Entries may be by a single person or a group or team.
  5. All entrants must be financial members of ASTRO S.A. at the time of entering the competition.
  6. All competition entry forms will need to be lodged at a time to be decided by the club; probably the October meeting.
  7. Judging will take place at a time agreed to by members, probably our November meeting.
  8. Prizes will be given out after the judging has been completed.
  9. Members will be encouraged to invent things that will help to make our planet a better world.

Just a few notes to help explain the various inventions and ideas that are out there.

The simplest idea was to magnetise the fuel. There are various magnetic devices with claims of up to 10% gains. I tried various magnetic positions as well as winding a coil for around my carburettor and feeding D C or A C current through to set up a strong magnetic field. In monitoring my computer and in long range testing I found no mileage gain at all with any magnetic set up.

The VITALYSER was a fuel conditioner, a pre carburettor brass housing that contained an alloy bar. They claimed it set up magnetic fields giving up to 20% improvement. A friend was selling and installing them at his garage. I asked to try it thinking the alloy could cause some cracking. I tried it but had no increase at all. He gave me another to test but again no gain. I thought possibly the additives might make a difference, he had many customers that claimed they worked.

The CAGIL was a fuel pressure regulator that lowered the fuel pressure when the vacuum was high and left it at regular pressure when accelerating under lower vacuum. I used a Holley adjustable fuel pressure regulator and varying it right down to 1/4 lb pressure found no difference. Possibly in a carburettor that was not set up correctly it might give an increase. But in a vehicle that was already getting optimum mileage it is hard to gain more with some inventions. If you are getting 5 or 7 MPG, then you tune it up and lean it out to get 15 or 20 you are getting triple gas mileage. Some claims for gizmos are based on these circumstances. However, when I say triple I mean triple the best mileage going on that model.

There is a little known invention called the GROSE JET. It is a replacement float bowl valve that seals better and keeps the fuel level more precise allowing the level to be set lower without stalling problems. A regular valve is made of neoprene and allows the level to vary up to 1/4 inch. Also the additives that keep fuel injectors clean eat away at the sealing surfaces, causing poor mileage. The Grose Jet has 2 Stainless steel balls and when installed with a good fuel filter just before the carb, does an excellent job of maintaining mileage. I heard about it through George Wiseman. The FISH Carburettor has been around a long time. It has a variable venturi system that enables higher vacuum and an increase of about only 20%. There were many sold and many claims. I think that oil companies let some of these inventions get out. If they could not break the fuel down to gain significant mileage increase, they became a stumbling block to the real truth. Some claim the Fish is a super carb.

The CONDENSATOR is another invention that has been around a while and has had little exposure. It is a little oil cracker that is mounted on your PVC line. It has a small package of catalytic beads that the oil vapor passes through. Some are cracked and go into the engine to burn and heavier oils fall off and collect in a jar. There are many claims of 5-10% increase and anyone can see that if the heavy oil molecules collect in a jar they won't end up in our lungs. Every engine on the planet should have a unit similar to this one.

The CONDENSATOR is similar to the idea that Bob Heiderich used in his TURBONATOR. I finally got to talk to him again. The mileage gains of his unit stopped when he changed his oil. He asked around and found that the oil now had molecular bonders. He remembered me explaining molecular bonders so he called. He said his Cadilac was getting 45 mpg where it did get 20 MPG and had many similar letters of positive testimony, but also many dissatisfied people with no gains at all. It depended on the oil used. He was just going to find clean oil.

I explained how his unit might be causing cyclonic cracking, how that if heat and pressure are relevant as the pressure goes up so must the temperature, but if the pressure is low in a vacuum then less temperature is required. The turbulence in the air flow of his turbonator lowers the vacuum even more. At a certain area in the vortex the molecule will breakdown better. I haven't heard from Bob and how he is doing at finding additive free oil.

I have made many contacts, had my previous edition of this on the internet and have been linking up with others all over the world. We are getting it out. There is one organisation, the TESLA SOCIETY, a group of people who are working at bringing out other suppressed ideas. They have vast information on many ideas and will be marketing this book for me. I received another book just as I was revising this edition. The ULTIMATE FUEL ECONOMY BOOK by: C. Michael Holler. C/O C.-N-F. ormation, PO box 98 Duncannon PA. 17020-0098. He explains the basics right though to T.C.C. He exposes various systems and does a good job to present the situation. However does not fully understand T.C.C. I have talked to him and I know he has the right heart to help get the idea out. He too is linking up with me and will have his own web site exposing the information he has.

Since being on the internet I have received messages from other inventors, research organisations and others who knew this was out there. They sent notes of their experiences, some did not want to be identified for fear! Others wondered if I was alive still with putting this out. I think and hope that the forces that have suppressed this are rethinking what they have done environmentally and are letting it come out now.

The problem is the additives, I believe that most of these inventions will work with clean gasoline and that is the reason for varied results. the only answer is to get this idea understood by all that we can force the oil companies into compliance.

They too must survive on this planet. We must work together to achieve this. For all our sakes please do your part to help get it out. We are getting to be many, but we need many more to know this truth and for people to get involved.

ASTRO  Meeting  9th  June  2000

Roger…opened the meeting and welcomed the visitors. He said that he had a bit of bad news in that Geoff, our Secretary had resigned. Ken had spoken to him and he had apologised at not being able to print out the ASTRO Newsletter.

Michael…said that he would take feelers for a job for Geoff, who has management, editing and writing skills.
-    He also said that, in consultation with Ken, they had bought a Kodak Digital camera, at a very good price. The question was raised as to whether there could be more signatories to sign the ASTRO cheques, as it sometimes took a fair bit of running around to get a cheque organised. The suggestion was put to add two more to the signature list. Ken and Peter were suggested. Michael said that there were three signatories; Devershon, himself and Andrew, and he added that as only committee members were allowed to sign cheques, and as there were only three on the committee, that was it.

Vic…he and Rod had made a discovery by accident, whilst experimenting with a project. Rod had made up a plastic cylinder, which they filled with water, applied a positive at one end and a negative potential at the other end. They placed a circular magnet around the middle of the tube, which unexpectedly caused the water to start to rotate in the tube.

…said that he had a video on a Phillipino who runs his 1996 Corolla car on water. He said that the inventor had not patented his invention and that he was willing to give away the plans to anyone who wanted to build one for them selves. He apparently uses the car battery plus a certain pulse frequency to liberate the Hydrogen. He gets an economy of 4.5 litres per 500 Km. and only uses the hydrogen mixed with air. There is apparently an Internet address for this, which I will try to get.

Ashley…asked Vic how the flame worked (on the flame speaker). Vic said that he thought it was vibrations. Peter said that he had built one of these 25 years ago. He explained that a pipe cleaner dipped into a solution of potassium or sodium nitrate, a that was fed into the bottom of the gas flame, ionised the flame. Then the music (@ >100Watts RMS) was applied to the primary of a step-up transformer. The secondary was biased with at least 500vdc at the top of the transformer secondary and fed to the top of the flame via a wire. The negative was fed in from the pipe cleaner at the bottom of the flame. The surface tension of the flame acted like a speaker cone and produced a good fidelity of music. This was a project in Electronics Today Magazine about 25 years ago.
-Ashley also spoke about " Biosonics", which (briefly) is about taking an audio spectrogram of a person's voice, finding the missing notes in that voice, and then feeding them back translated up 40 octaves. A further explanation can be obtained from the Internet at

Andrew S…spoke about a device called a neurophone. The EG1 Neurophone (US Patent 3393279, 1968) is a device that converts sound to electrical impulses. A directional (satellite) laser or microwave aimed at the body allows a signal to travel the target's nervous system, directly to the brain. Only the target hears the voices, sound etc.   See Exposure Magazine vol.7 #2, May-June 2000 for more details.

Ian & Ken…spoke briefly on GM food.

Roger…spoke on an article from the Scientific American magazine about the M400 Sky car…to be found at the Internet site http://www.sciam.com

Jan…was sent a letter from Poland regarding his perpetual motion page. He also discussed the aspects of a pendulum swing with different weight changes.

Roger…had a sample of a new type of flooring. This was a Bamboo Veneer from a company called Natural Choice Flooring.

Roger, as President…called for members to consider volunteering for the position of Secretary…to be brought up again in the July meeting…. See main page for nominations. Roger also handed Ken a list of rules relating to the Astro Inventors Competition…also see the main page for the list of rules.

Uli…suggested that we might need to designate more than one night to judge the inventions, if there were too many contestants.

Peter…spoke on some articles from the Internet. The first three were from http://www.sightings.com  A word search will produce these articles.
-A very derogatory set of statistics from the US gun lobby on Australian crime rates and violence since the gun buy-back. They said that these statistics would not likely be published in the Australian press.
-An article suggesting that some scientists have achieved light speed acceleration of 300 times. ( Even Startreck only got up to WARP 10)
-An article on a new US patent on transmitting the Internet over power lines using some new quantum techniques. The signals are transmitted along the outside of the power cables, in the magnetic field, at near the speed of light.
-The fourth article was on a fuel ioniser from the GEET site. It is said to be a "bolt over the fuel line" unit that sounds a bit like the Joe Cell in its operation. Check it out yourself at

Keith…from the Murray produced some interesting bush inventions.
-The first was a vee shaped boot puller-offer, to help one get their boots off easily, without busting your boiler.
-The second was a very simple fold up BBQ that could easily be stored in ones boot. It was a thin metal strip that could be hooked together to form a band. He also had a piece of steel mesh for the top. Put the fire in the metal band and the mesh on top and it's barbie time.
-The next item was heat source if you didn't have any wood for boiling the kettle on your bush barbie. A small tin can, half full of sand and diesel or kero will burn for about a half of an hour.
-The next invention was a small rectangular cage with a metal lid, that could be used to heat your cans of food (whilst travelling in your vehicle) by putting them inside of the cage which was fitted on top of your car's exhaust manifold. A caution was given that some type of cans may explode. (Just imagine baked beans all over your engine space).
-We were then shown some interesting devices called "Celco Pins". He bought them in 1975 to help with the metal fabrication of the plane that he built. They are used to temporarily fit into and hold the metal that has been drilled for pops or rivets. It allows for accurate drilling and then permits one to remove the metal sheet and clean out the drilling swarf so that a close fitting joint can be achieved.
-A protracted discussion then took place with Keith, Ken and others on the possibility of developing a new electronic form of artificial horizon for small aircraft.

Andrew S…spoke briefly about "Micro-Hydrin" and "Hunzar Water"saying that they were both highly charged, the same as was " Glacier Water"
-This was also like water from a shale spring in Utah, USA, which incidentally tastes horrible.
-He said that he was now on the path of producing a colloidal mineral mix of 75 minerals.
Andrew also spoke of a physicist friend who had developed a method of micro refining minerals. They do not need to be dissolved into a colloidal form to be assimilated into the body.

Dino…mentioned a book, which had the frequencies of crystallised water and asked ASTRO to buy it for the library. This was agreed to.
